Jessie James Locklear

   Mr. Jessie James Locklear 55, of 414 Jennie Rd. Rowland, NC departed this life on September 13, 2015.

   He was preceded in death by his father, Castoe Locklear; brother, John C. Locklear; and a grandson, Zaymon Kannon Locklear;

   He leaves to cherish his memories, ex-wife, Jennie Locklear; three daughters, Kimberly Jacobs (Marlon), Karen Locklear (Timothy) and Kelly Lewis (Griffin); three sons, Kelvin Locklear (Chasity), Chuck Locklear and Brock Brayboy; eleven grandchildren, Zachery, Carlie, Cassie, Jakota, Noah, Tyler, Jaymon, Jasmine, Daylon and Ethan all of Rowland, NC; Mr. Locklear is also survived by his mother, Margaret J. Locklear of Rockingham, NC; five brothers, Willie Locklear (Doris), Ronald Locklear (Lola), Jennings Locklear, Kenneth Locklear (Carol) all of Rowland, NC and Odell Locklear of Smithfield, NC; six sisters, Doris Locklear (Bill) and Debbie Locklear (Earnest) of Rowland, NC, Shirley Deese (Larry), Anita Locklear, Peggy Baker (Tony) all of Pembroke, NC and Sandra Terry of Rockingham, NC; and a host of Relatives and friends.
