Paul "PR" Rudyard Locklear

Paul Rudyard Locklear, 43, of the Prospect Community, was born the son of Paul and Ruby Locklear, Jr. on November 29, 1972. He died October 18, 2016.

   He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Nolie Locklear and Jessie B. and Vonnie E. Bullard of Prospect. Sister Paula Dean of Prospect.

   He is survived by his wife Dawn R. Locklear and two sons Logan Reese and Nolan Paul Locklear of Pembroke. Sister Mary Ellen Oxendine (Hampton) of Fayetteville and two brothers, Ryan Grantly Locklear (Jesse) of Butner and Matt Lorenz Locklear (Dani) of Selma. Nephews Hunter and Spencer Oxendine, Garrison and Edmund Locklear. Niece Catherine Oxendine. Great nieces Kyndrian, Angelica, Lauren and Ellody. Special friends and a host of brothers and sisters in Christ. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friends.
