Winford Bell Obituary
Mr. Winford Bell, 79, gained his heavenly wings on November 6, 2023. He was born in Lumberton, NC, the son of the late Jasper R and Edna L Bell.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rev. James Melvin Bell, Jasper Bell, Joseph R. Bell, and Reginald Bell; and a sister, Vera Chavis.
He was known as the joke teller of the family and friends. Winford is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joan H. Bell; daughter, Pamela Sue Bell; stepdaughter, Lisa Cartrette; son, Kenneth Winford Bell; a special niece, Tonya Kelly; special nephew, Tim Bell; care taker, Michelle Locklear; potato bread maker, Doris Brayboy; sister, Elsie Hunt; brothers, Travis Bell, Bobby Bell, Charles Bell, and Wendell Bell; and to hospice home care staff.
