Wesley H. Fields Jr., 79, of 105 Roxie Lane, Maxton, NC, departed this life on September 2, 2021 at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Curline Fields; his parents, Wesley Fields and Margaret Miller; five children, Paula Hammonds, Tony Locklear, Wendell Fields, Endora Fields, and Larry Locklear.
Wesley leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Marcella (Philip) Stewart of Supply; three brothers, Gus (Pauline) Miller of Maxton, Johnny Miller of Maxton and Charles Miller of Lumberton; eight sisters, Betty Martin of SC, Shirley Quick of Maxton, Minnie Pearl Miller of Maxton, Irena Miller of Maxton, Geraleine Miller of Laurinburg, Sara K. Miller of Laurinburg and Lillie Mae Quick of SC; seven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
