Mr. Welton Locklear, age 81, of Rowland, NC was born on April 10, 1939 to the late Bradford and Irene Locklear and passed away on January 31, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his son Welton Locklear Jr, brother Willie Dean Locklear, and a granddaughter Kayla Watson Locklear.
He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, William Locklear (Vanessa) and Roman Locklear; daughter, Jo Ann Lappe (Larry); a brother, Dwight Locklear; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
