Wade Albert Tyner was born March 11, 1983, in Robeson County. He departed this life on December 12, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Alex Locklear and grandmother Velma D. Hunt

He was survived by his loving mother and father: Brenda Tyner and Delton Lewis, one brother Dion Locklear of Chicago, IL, sister: Velma Sue Strickland of Pembroke, NC, two aunts: Suzie Locklear of Georgia and Diane Locklear of Lumberton, two uncles: James Locklear of Lumberton and Colonel McGirt of Lumberton; two children, a daughter and son, Alaiya Tyner and Wade Albert Tyner Jr. of Greensboro, NC. He was loved dearly by his nieces and nephews, several special cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
