Ms. Vickie Locklear 56, of Lumberton, NC departed from this earth and began the next chapter of her life on December 2nd, 2024.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Grady Locklear, her mother Joyce Oxendine Locklear, three sisters: Myra Locklear, Rebecca "Becky" Chavis, and Sandra Haggins, one brother: Grady Carey Locklear, one niece: Tammie Rae Locklear, and several aunts and uncles.
She left to cherish her memories three sisters: Donna Locklear, Tonya Squires "Jamie Graham", Wendy Dial, one brother: Dannie Ray Bullard, two sons: Grady Rawl and Willie "Bug" Oxendine, one daughter: Brittney Reeves. She had nine grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. She had two special nieces: Christy Locklear and Lee'Asia Locklear.
Her favorite activities were fishing, cooking, and listening to country music (especially Morgan Wallen).
She will forever be cherished and missed.
Vickie had a soul that would light up the room. She fought her battle through and through. She was truly an angel here on earth and after.
