He is preceded in death by his grandmother who had a major part in raising him Mrs. Betty Lois Locklear.
He is survived by his mother Betty Jane Scott, his brother Phillip Locklear and wife Erica Locklear, his sister Ashley Rozier and husband Adam Rozier, grandfather Welton Locklear, aunt Irlene Locklear, nephew’s Phillip, Michael, Mikey and Harley Locklear, Aiden Rozier and niece Aubrey Rozier.
