Terry Brewington

Terry Lee Brewington, 64 of 118 Ethan St., Lumberton, NC peacefully departed this life on April 3rd 2026. He was born on June 8, 1961 in Charlotte, NC.

Terry was a devoted and hardworking man who found joy in life’s simple blessings. He never turned down a good cup of coffee, no matter the time of day, and treasured every moment spent with those he loved. His greatest happiness came from being with family, especially grandchildren and his great-grandson. Terry also had a special love for drawing, a quiet passion that reflected his creative spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Inez Brewington and his brother, Timothy Brewington.

Terry left to cherish his precious memories his two sons, Tedric Brewington (Tasha), and Chris Brewington, both of Lumberton, NC, along with his grandchildren, Paris, Deanna, CJ, and TJ, one great-grandson, Preston, four sisters, Nancy Locklear (Greg) of Lumberton, Judy Campbell (David) of Winterville, Patricia Hunt (Will) of Red Springs, and Melissa Bass (Ken) of Hope Mills, twenty one nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Terry will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for family and the quiet ways he showed he cared. His presence will deeply be missed but hiss memory will live on.
