Sheryl Ann Oxendine, 68, of Pembroke, NC was born April 23,1957 and departed this life May 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ozmer Lee and Cora Sue Oxendine; a daughter, Irene (Missy) Locklear and a nephew Ozmer Lee (Trey) Oxendine lll.
Sheryl leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Shauna Scott (Ray) of Shannon; one son Douglas Elijah Locklear of North Dakota; one sister, Donna Huggins (JC) of Maxton; one brother, Ozmer Lee Oxendine Jr. (Cindy) of Maxton; seven-grandchildren: Autumn, Destinee, Keirra, Leiah, Nakia, Hyren and Cyra; four great-grandchildren: Caselee. Rilynn, Laivehn, and Nyla; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Sheryl worked in drywall most of her life and was a diehard Dale Earnhardt fan.
