Obituary
Mrs. Sandra Dee “Locklear” Haggins, 52, of Rowland, NC was born on October 12, 1969 to the late Grady Locklear and Joyce Locklear. She departed this life on April 8, 2022.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Myra Locklear and Rebecca Chavis; one brother, Carey Locklear; and two grandchildren, Jose Lazara Haggins and Johnny Lazara Haggins.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Ray Haggins; her five daughters, Carol Haggins Leyva (Alen aka Jimmy), Crystal Haggins, Suzette Haggins, Johnnie Haggins, and Joyce Haggins; one son, Devin Dial; three sisters, Donna Locklear, Vickie Fields (Willie) and Tonya Squires (Jamie Graham); one brother, Danny Ray Bullard; she had two granddaughters, Elanda Leyva and Shyanna Lazara; four grandsons, Alen Leyva, Grady Leyva, Sofonias Leyva, and Johnny Haggins; along with a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sandra was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed.
