Ruby Hunt Obituary
Ruby Lee Hunt, 77, of 118 Canyon Dr. Fairmont, N.C., passed away Tuesday, January 17,2023 at Band B Family Care Home of Maxton, N.C.
Mrs. Ruby Hunt was born in Robeson County on April 3,1945. She was the daughter of the late Luther Edmond “Luke” Carter and the late Myrtle Locklear Carter.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Lee Jones, and one brother, Jerry Lee Carter, and her husband, Sandy Hunt.
She left to cherish her memories her son, John Lee Bronson; and one daughter, Renee Safford; and one grandson, John Lee Bronson, Jr.; one brother, Luther G. “Bud” Carter (Sharma); four sisters, Jearldean Jones, Elaine Carter, both of Fairmont, Lucille Hunt (James Arnold Hunt) and Elvie Jane “Teanie” Bullard (Wilbert Bullard), both of Pembroke; and a host of family and friends.
