Mrs. Rosendale Bullard Ransom, 97, of Pembroke, NC died Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at her home.
Mrs. Ransom was born in Robeson County on September 14, 1927, to the late Mrs. Urban Bullard Locklear. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin C. Ransom and a son, Marty Ransom. Mrs. Ransom is survived by a daughter of the home, Mary K. Ransom; a brother, Lynn Locklear of Fountain Hill, AZ; two special nieces, Wendy P. Lamont of Las Vegas, NV and Amy Lynn Cruz of Amsterdam, Netherlands and a host of relatives and friends.
