She served Robeson County for 30 years as a social worker touching the lives of many families, both through her work in Child Protective Services, and Adult Services. She enjoyed spending time with her grand-dogs Prissy and Sox and had an immense love for all animals.
She loved visiting with family and friends, eating good food, and shopping for unique presents with her daughters. She watched the soap operas daily, enjoyed playing solitaire and reading news stories in her downtime.
Rose Marie was a devoted, caring, and loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and homemaker. She was known for her gentle ways, generosity, and giving spirit. Her love of life and acts of kindness inspired all whose lives she touched.
