Pastor Ronald was preceded in death by his mother Mary Catherine Locklear, his father, Robert Locklear, sister Phyliss Locklear and a grandchild Kylie Nicole Jacobs.
Pastor Ronald leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 47 years, Sister Louis Locklear, his children, Ronald Locklear, Jr. (Ron), Bridget, Jessica Reyes (Jorge), Monica Jacobs (Terry Lee), all of Lumberton, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, two brothers and a host of relatives and friends and one special niece.
