A special place will forever remain in our hearts as we say "see you later" to our beloved Rita Faye Lowry. To know her is to have loved her. Born, the last of 17 children to Bracey and Snodie Lowery on July 9th, 1965, she departed this life on April 11th, 2025, peacefully in her sleep at home. 

Rita Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Bracey and Snodie Lowry, "Her Boy" Robert (Robby) E. Carter, III, 11 siblings, Thelma, Neil, Evelyn, Polly, Rachel, Gerald, Britt Carl (Buck), Kathy, Bobby Dean, Billy Ray, Bracey Terry, several nieces and nephews and other family members as well as Susie, her unforgettable favorite childhood pet.

Always loved in such a special way by so many, she leaves to cherish precious memories - her immediate family and caretakers Betty Ann and Buddy Carter and their children Toby and Angel, siblings Earl Lowery whom she loved dearly, Lillian Carter, Sandra Hunt, and Molly Hunt; and their families as well as countless extended family members, friends and loved ones.
