Richard Strickland Obituary
Richard Delane Strickland 62, of 711 Timber Oak Drive was born September 25, 1959 to the late Hazel O. Jones and Franklin D. Strickland. Richard went to be with our Lord on Thursday September 30, 2021.
He was preceded in death by both parents and his two sisters, Helen Hunt and Linda Bowen.
Richard is survived by his lifetime partner, Kimberly A. Wright of 27 years; two daughters, Natinna M. Strickland and Amanda R. Strickland; two sons, Richard D. Strickland Jr. and Nathaniel D. Strickland; one brother, Jerry F. Strickland; six grandchildren, Alexandria, Isaiah, Emily, Jocobie, Ashton, and Keithan; and a great abundance of family and friends.
Just a little bit about Richard he was a loving man. He loved his family whole heartedly. He loved sports, hunting, and fast cars. He worked on his Malibu all the time and loved driving it fast. He was wise beyond years and a good provider. We will be lost without him.
