Richard Allen Locklear a.k.a. “White Boy,” was born July 23, 1978 in Boston, Massachusetts and deceased at his home in Pembroke, NC. He is preceded in death by mother Susan Jacobs, father Samuel Jacobs, a daughter Angel Samae Locklear, and he leaves behind to cherish a special partner of 15 years of Telena Hunt.

He leaves to cherish his memories four daughters Samatha Locklear, Jelena Lowery (Pat), Aiyana Ward, Samira Lowery; four sons Nick Oxendine, Rick Oxendine (Aaliyah), Dalton Lowery (Mariah), Kegan Hunt; one brother Samuel Jacobs Jr. aka “Papa,” (Christina); three sisters Kelly Ann Jacobs (David Keith), Tina Jacobs, and Stephanie; four nephews, four nieces, and two great nieces and also five nephews: Christian (Jayla), Ashton Locklear (English), Davin Locklear, Jylin Jacobs, and Josh Locklear; four nieces: Kyonna Jacobs, Chrishonna Huggins, Breonna Locklear, and Kelsey Locklear; grandchildren: Keithlyn, Pearliana, Katina, Jacoden, GG, Saonna, Legend, Brayden, DJ, Dakoda, and Riviera Oxendine and two great nieces: Brooklyn Locklear and Troyanna Bethea.
