Ramona (Revels) Swett

  Ms. Ramona Revels Swett age 80 of 156 Marcus Road, Pembroke NC was born on May 18,
1940 to the late Norman and Alice Lowery Revels. She entered her heavenly home peacefully on
January 5, 2021.
  She was preceded in death by her husband Vardell Swett; a Son-in-law, Charles Lee Brayboy;
a sister-in-law Ophelia “Phyllis” Revels and a nephew Boyce Locklear.
  She leaves to continue her legacy, four daughters; Mona L. Swett, Beatrice S. Maynor,
Patricia S. Brayboy and Glenda S. Hunt and one son Wayne A. Swett (Pap); Two brothers, Leon
Revels Sr. and Donald Revels Sr.; three sisters, Bonnie R. Swett, Normie Robinson and Earline
Sanderson; Ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild;
along with a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
  Ms. Ramona was a devoted mother/father to her five children, after the passing of her
husband, never once did her children ever wonder “where is mama”, she was a God fearing
woman and worked diligently given to others for as long as she could.
