Mrs. Paulette Freeman, 73, of Maxton, NC, was born on April 20, 1947 and went to her eternal rest on Sunday, September 13, 2020. Mrs. Paulette was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was a member of Mt. Hebron Holiness Church. She is our precious jewel and “Queen”. Mother touched the lives of so many with her cooking and love for everyone.
She is preceded in death by her late parents, Weary and Lula Mae Ransom; two sisters, Bonnie Hunt and Annie Mae Brooks; and her husband, Clyde Freeman.
Mrs. Paulette leaves to cherish and honor her life, her children, Raven Ransom (Nicole), Stevie Freeman (Cynthia), Angela D. Freeman, Annette Revels (Kerry), Clyde A. Freeman (Tiffany), April F. Caddle (Antoneli) and Floyd J. Freeman (Angel), all of Maxton, NC; one brother, Junior Ransom (“Buddy”); nine grandchildren, Lisa, Ashley, Colleen, Codey, Chelese, Chanston, Elijah Hunter and Cayde; six great-grandchildren, Madison, Addilyn, Riley, Teryn, Terri, and CJ; extended family, Flora Ruth Locklear, Rebecca Bell (Jerry), Letha Locklear, Flora Jane Locklear, Marline Freeman, Clyde B. Freeman (Jeannie) and grands of the extended family and a host of relative friends. Also, a special thank you to Companion Home Care of Laurinburg and her CNA, Ms. Billie Locklear.
