Paul Whitted

   Paul Edward Whitted Sr. was the beloved son of the late, Leroy Edward Whitted and Pauline Branch Whitted. He was born January 27, 1940 and departed this life on May 20, 2021.

   At an early age he confessed Christ. He attended J.H Haywood School and attended Chrysolite AME Zion Church. He worked at Yvonne Tile Company for 30-plus years and later became self-employed. He had a love for racing and golf.

   He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Bell Whitted; granddaughter, Tre’Onya Whitted; and brother, Jackie Whitted.

   He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Vicky Whitted Howell, Evelyn Ann Whitted of Lumberton, NC and Judy McIver of Maryland; five sons, Paul Edward Whitted Jr. (Minister Anguan), Jackie Whitted, John Whitted (Tena), Tracy Whitted (Evelyn), Travis Whitted (Shanika) all of Lumberton, NC; a special friend, Frances Love and children; five sisters, Genevia Barnes of Lumberton, NC, Geraldine Walton of Fayetteville, NC, Barbara McNair, Linda Campbell (James) and , Sandra Whitted all of Lumberton, NC; five brothers, Russell Whitted (Brenda) of Lumberton, NC, Freddie Rafliff (Kim) of Fuguay-Varina, Jerry Whitted (Cathy), Stewart Whitted (Sandra) and Michael Whitted (Charlene) all of Lumberton, NC; twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Fred McMillian(Rose); two sister-in-law’s, Gloria Stephens, Lydia Robinson both of Lumberton, NC; and a  host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
