Pamela “Pam” Faye Locklear Goines, 62, of Pembroke, NC, entered into eternal rest on April 18, 2025, to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born on June 16, 1962, in Robeson County to the late Georgia Locklear.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny Goines of Lebanon, Missouri; her mother, Georgia Locklear; her daughter, Lolita McClendon of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her brother, Cheso Locklear; her niece, Tanya Strickland Hunt; and her nephew, Cheso Locklear Jr.

She is survived by her loving children: daughter, Tiffany Renee Locklear of Pembroke, NC; and son, Gino Cole Locklear of Forrest City, AR. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory a grandson, Braiden Michael Lamontange, three granddaughters, Aniyah Locklear, Baylee Kane Randolph, Italee Remay Locklear, and Brittyn Averi-Nikole Locklear, a sister, Lola Blue; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Pamela was a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, loving sister, aunt, and loyal friend. She will be remembered most for her encouraging words, gentle presence, and boundless love for those around her. Her spirit had a way of lighting up any room, and her kindness reached people from all walks of life. Pam loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A private family service will be held on Wednesday, April 23.
