Mrs. Nora Jane Locklear, 56, of 352 Sylvia Lane Rowland, NC was born on October 3rd, 1968, and departed this life on November 5, 2024. She was a loving and caring mother and the heartbeat to our family, she also worked and volunteered at Barts in Lumberton for 20 years. She was proceeded in death by her father Woodrow Locklear and 2 sisters Katina Locklear and Rosalena Locklear. She leaves her precious memories to be cherished by her mother Sylvia Locklear of Rowland, her husband Carl Jones and also godsent stepfather to her 2 daughters Sylvia Bartley (Ishmael Jacobs) and Toni Locklear (Donovan hunt) all of Rowland, two grandchildren Romie woody Jacobs, Noralena Rosa Jacobs, two brothers Tony Locklear of Lumberton and Daniel Locklear or Rowland, one sister Mattie Jane Jacobs. Special Nieces & Nephews Mariah Bledsole, Miranda Bledsole, Dalton Lowery, Kegan Hunt Lisa Adwell, six nephews: Joseph Locklear (Brittany), Walter Locklear, Tonylee Locklear (wife Alex) Travis Locklear, Joey Locklear, Brandon Lewis all of Rowland. Her great nieces and nephews: Keithlyn Hunt, Pearliana Hunt, Katina Hunt, Dalton Lowery, Dakota Lowery all of Rowland, Tahaven, Jazz, Azalynn, Kazalynn, Chaydin, Caniya Jacobs, Joriley, Joseph, Jojo, Jayonna all of Maxton. Two very special friends: Angela Oxendine and Micheal Locklear and a lot of family and friends.
