Mrs. Nellie O. Bullard, 76, of 12398 Highway 130 Maxton, NC was born on April 26, 1949, to Annie and Luther Oxendine. She departed this life on November 24, 2025, at Scotland Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth Bullard and her son; Kenneth Ray Bullard Jr.; one brother, Monroe Oxendine; three sisters, Catherine Strickland, Magdalene Strickland and Mary Blue.

Nellie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was deeply loved by her family. She dedicated her life to making sure they were supported. She had a generous spirit that touched everyone.

She is survived by two sons, Keith Bullard (Debbie) and Kevin Bullard (Lisa); a daughter, Kimberly Bullard; seven granddaughters, Destiney, Kendra, Presleigh, Kyra, Kristen, Kinsley and Kaisley; two grandsons, Cory and Kendrick; two sisters Evelyn Soles and Pearl Norton (Ben); along with a host of many relatives and friends.
