Navada Barnes

Mr. Navada Allen Barnes, better known as "Bud," entered this world on November 6, 1989. He was born to his late mother, Wendy Lynn Locklear and father, Rickey Dale Barnes Sr. Bud will be remembered as an amazing father, exceptional son, and loved brother. He made a career as a well accomplished iron worker. Bud loved nothing more than his only son, Dakoda Allen Barnes. He would have given everything to ensure the safety and wellbeing of his son. Bud spent almost all his childhood devoted to Boyscouts and seeking adventures. He reached the highest rank by receiving his Eagle Scout. Bud was always making others laugh with his funny faces and crazy noises. He will be remembered as a shining light to all who had the honor to know him, because to know him was to love him.

Bud was preceded in death by his amazing grandmother, Judy Norton Locklear; protective grandfathers, James Kelly Barnes and Paul Bell; two sisters, Debra Lynn Barnes and Danielle "Nuke" Locklear; one aunt, Connie Locklear; one uncle, Connie Locklear; one uncle, Steven Wade Locklear; two cousins, Donovan Jordan Locklear and Brian "2Feathers" Locklear.

He is survived by his amazing son, Dakoda Allen Barnes; loving father, Rickey Dale Barnes Sr.; step mother, Phillina Oxendine; grandmother, Barbara Diane Bell; four brothers, Robert Brandon Barnes, Christopher "Chops" Locklear, Tommy Dale Barnes, Rickey Dale Barnes Jr.; four sisters, Angel Danielle Barnes, Paula Catherine Barnes, Kristy Lynn Locklear, Talisa Carla Locklear; four aunts, Teresa Lynn Locklear "Mama T", Tammy Bell Cheek (Madison Cheek Jr.), Patricia Jacobs, and Tonya Shannon Locklear; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
