Myrtle Jones Obituary
Mrs. Myrtle Jones, 89, of 42 Whales Drive, entered her heavenly home, December 27, 2024 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. Mrs. Myrtle Jones was born in Robeson County on July 10, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Phil and Julie Lowry.
Mrs. Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Reo Jones, a daughter, Linda Hunt, two sons, Wilford Jones and Rev. Charles Jones, a brother, Carmel Lowry and a sister, Inez Brewington.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories three daughters, Letha M. Hunt, Betty J. Hunt (James T. Hunt), and Carolyn Lambert (Bobby Lambert) all of Lumberton, thirteen grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, eleven great, great grandchildren, and a special friend Mrs. Margaret Deese.
