   Mitchell McKenzie Locklear, 27, of Lumberton, NC passed away on June 18th, 2022, surrounded by his family.

   Mitchell is survived by his daughter, Olivia Leigh Locklear; his father, Anthony Locklear; his mother, Terrance and Stepfather, Larry Carter; brothers, Dillon Lowery and Colton Carter; grandparents, Jerry and Claudette Locklear and Joan Parnell; special friend, Shshonda (Redd) Chavis; aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
