Mildred Emanuel Obituary
Mildred (Jude) Jones Emanuel, 78, was born October 18, 1941 to the late James A. Jones and Henrietta R. Jones. She died on July 26, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Marvin Paul Jones, James Jones Jr. and Horace Jones; one sister, Shelby Jean Locklear.
She is survived by Roscoe Locklear her beloved companion; two daughters, Sandra Oxendine (Terry), Sandy Jacobs (Edward); two sons, James Grady McMillan and Harvey (Kim) Lee McMillan; eight sisters, Macy Jones, Rosetta Holder (Jerry), Mary Locklear (Eugene), Joyce Emanuel (Jessie), Sara M. Jacobs (Danny), Gladys Huggins (Dan), Teresa Autry (Larry) and CindyLou Bryant (Kenneth); three brothers, John Marshall Jones, Thomas Earl Jones (Diane) and David Earl Jones; several grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. A special thanks to Nicole McNeill for her love and care to our mother Mildred.
