Martha Velliex Obituary
Ms. Martha Brown Velliex, 74 of 199 Ball Park Road Lumberton, NC passed away Sunday July 29, 2018 at Highland Acres.
MS. Velliex was born August 13, 1943 to the late Inez Herring Bailey and Percy Bailey of Lumberton NC. Ms. Velliex loved to sew, cook and take care of her animals; especially her “Little Man” he was a great friend to her.
Ms. Velliex is preceded in death by two husbands, Floyd Brown of Evergreen NC and Wayne Vellica of Fairmont NC; one sister Redda (Betty) Lawson and one brother Curtis (Rocky) Bailey
Ms. Velliex leaves to cherish her very fond memories, a daughter Karen Brown Bruce; two sisters Ann Long of Bladenboro and Donna Moffett of Lumberton; five brothers Daryl Bailey, Larry Bailey, Autry Walters, all of Lumberton, Bobby Walters, Charles Walters both of Bladenboro; and a host of close friends and relatives including Angel West, Vicky Easter, Taylor Mayers all of Lumberton; and a very special niece Rose Herring of Lumberton NC.
