Mrs. Margaret R. Locklear, 70, of Rowland was born on August 28, 1951 to Matt Porter and Beulah Porter. She departed this life on August 29, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Matt and Beulah Porter; a sister, Mary Jones and a brother, Billy Ray Porter.
Margaret leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, Jeff Locklear of Rowland; Elbridge (Jeannine) Locklear of Hudson, OH; Alecia (Cedric) Locklear of Laurinburg; two grandchildren raised in the home, Kaden and Bryson Locklear, both of Rowland, 6 other grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; her brother, Waygon (Sony Boy) (Vickie) Porter of Wilmington and a host of family and friends.
