Lynn Edward Bullard, 77 of Maxton North Carolina was born October 28, 1947, to the late Jude and Sally Bullard. He departed this life into eternity on August 1, 2025 at Scotland Regional Hospice in Laurinburg, North Carolina. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Virgie R. Bullard, four siblings: Shelby Jean Bullard, Carl Eugene Bullard, Murray Bullard, Betty Hunt and one grandchild Addison Tucker.

Lynn began his employment at LOF, now known as Pilkington on 08/06/1973 working in stocing. He was an expert in his trade and was known for his dedication to his career. Lynn’s coworkers appreciated working with him. Despite the demanding nature of their tasks, he consistently found ways to make the work environment enjoyable. After 25 years of service as a crane operator Lynn retired in 1998 from LOF. During his retirement, Lynn found joy in gardening, caring for his animals, and cherishing time spent with family and friends.

He will be deeply missed by his children: Ginger Jones (Herman) their two children (Chris and Mindy), Victor Bullard (Christy) their three children (Seth, Connor, and Victoria), Lucille Allen (Melvin) her two children (Grayland and Marland Jr.), April Tucker (Jason) their two children (Eli and Bryson) and Virgina Snipes (Lance) and their four children (Aiden, Josia, Neyvn and Bree). His siblings: Geraldine Maynor, Jude Bullard Jr. (Freida), Aubrey Bullard (Normie), and Rebecca Lowry (William). Five great grandchildren: Kenadi, Case, Karson, Cane and Jax. Lynn will be fondly remembered for his strong work ethic, deep love for others, and humorous personality.
