Luther Edmond Locklear, Jr. of 301 Jernigan Road Pembroke, departed his life October 2, 2021.
He was born to step father, Enrique and Connie Bautista and Luther Edmond Locklear on September 2, 1989.
He leaves to treasure his memories a son, Malach Joel Locklear; and a daughter, Alyssa Locklear; four sisters, Connie Natasha Locklear of Bladenboro, Louellen Brewington (Claude) of Lumberton, Enriqueta and Cornelia Bautista of the home; two brothers, Joseph Haggins (Melissa) of Laurinburg and Isaiah Bautista of the home. He will truly be missed by family and friends.
