She is preceded in death by her husband, Lacy Levernon Chavis, her parents, John Bunyan and Revie Locklear, brothers, Frankie, Jackie, Quinee Locklear, Sister, Elsie Faye Locklear, and two sons, Mickey and Paul Chavis.
Lucy leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Donna Ree Revels, Levernon and Timothy Chavis, four brothers, Glenn, Clyde, Ronald, and Johnny, one sister, Mary Helen Locklear, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
