Kinnie Dial Sr., age 73, of 2616 Cabinet Shop Road, Rowland, NC was born July 12, 1952, to Montford Dial and Mary Locklear Dial in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life and ascended to glory on June 13, 2026. He is preceded in death by both parents Montford Dial and Mary Locklear Dial, brother Jerry Dial, and son Kenny Dial Jr. (Papa Dog).

He was a Godly man devoted to his family, a loving husband, father and brother. He was a member of Mt. Hebron Holiness Church. In his early years he was a member of the Evans Cross Road Volunteer Fire Department and served for 20 years. He was a founder of Evans Cross Road Volunteer Fire Department. Kinnie retired from Campbell Soup Company of 27 years. He came home to enjoy time with his wife and grandchildren. He enjoyed driving his old truck and meeting at the store on Thursday night. He enjoyed playing cards on Friday and Saturday night with his grandchildren.

Kinnie leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife of 55 years: Patricia B. Dial, a daughter: Freda Dial Jacobs (Brian), two grandsons: Wesley and Kenston, two granddaughters: Aaliyah and Briana “MJ”, and one great grand Na’Kylon, brothers: Montford “Buddy” Dial Jr. (Geraldine) of Maxton, Allison Ray “Yogi” Dial (Cathy) of Raleigh, sisters: Sherry Carter (Rev. Eddie Carter) of Red Springs. Creaser “Frog” Dial Scott (Randy) of Maxton, special sister-in-laws Brenda Brayboy and Judy Brayboy.

Kinnie is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and a host of loving family and many friends.
