Karen Locklear Obituary
Ms. Karen Sue Locklear, 49, died peacefully, Saturday, November 13, 2021, peacefully at home. Karen Sue was born in Fort Hood, TX on November 20, 1970, to the late Connie Hunt of Raleigh, NC, and Bennie Hunt of Topeka, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Connie, her loving grandparents, Theodore (Lula) Locklear and Mauldie Hunt of Lumberton, NC, and her beloved dog, “Patches”.
She is survived by two sons, Donovan Hardin of Lumberton, NC, and Kameron Locklear of Greensboro, NC, one daughter, Amanda Locklear of Greensboro, NC, one sister, Cynthia (David) Hunt of Lumberton, NC, two brothers, Van Hunt of Kansas City, Missouri, and Thadford Cannon (TC) Sampson of Pembroke, NC, uncles Ted (Tina) Locklear of Lumberton, NC, and Don(Sharon) Locklear of Apex, NC, five aunts, Barbara (Cedell) Hammonds, Donna (Rob) Winesett, Porchia (JC) Thomas, Brenda (Quinnie) Locklear, all of Lumberton, NC, and Brenda (Rev. Jimmy) Strickland of Pembroke, NC, and one grandson.
