In memory of the beloved Judy C. Hammonds Webb peacefully gained her wings on April 4,2024 at Novant Health Regional in New Hanover County with family by her side. Judy was born July 31,1946 in Lumberton, NC to the late James and Annie Bell Hammonds.
She is reunited in Heaven with her late husband: Thonce Don Locklear, a grandson: Dakota “Kota Man” Parker, son in law: David Hester, two brothers: Kit Carson and James Ray Hammonds, two sisters: Doris Hunt and Mary Elizabeth Everette, along with other loved ones and friends.
Judy was a loving mother and grandmother to her only son: Chris Hammonds (My Baby) and Melody Hammonds of Hope Mills. NC, two daughters: Lynn Hammonds and Joanna Riojas and Fiancé D.A. Revels both of Lumberton, NC. She cherished her grandchildren, Titiana Hammonds of Wilmington, NC and Julia Shannon and Fiancé Eric Massey of Greenville, NC., along with great grands, Skyler Knox, Kylan Massey and K.K. As well as a devoted sister to Maryann Williamson, Helen Zurcher, Sylvia Mejas, Sarah Jacobs, Lizzie Oxendine and Mary Lisa Hardin, all of Lumberton.
Judy loved and cherished her children and grandchildren never missing a day or night calling each one to tell them goodnight and that she loved them. The love she had for WWE Wrestling was like no other fan especially John Cena.
Judys unwavering strength and dedication as a mother has left an indelible mark on the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed but eternally loved as she holds a special place in our hearts while she rests in peace. We love you, Mom.
