Judy Ann Locklear, 61, born February 7, 1964, to Robert Lee and Sarah Oxendine passed to her heavenly home on December 2, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband of six years, Michael Ray Oxendine. Her father, Robert Lee Oxendine and two nephews, Joshua Lee Jacobs, and Jonathan Lynn Oxendine.

Judy leaves to cherish her precious memories her two sons, Korey Oxendine (Crystal) of Parkton, NC, Terry Lee Locklear (Jessica) of Rowland, and her daughter, Terra Rena Locklear of Red Springs, her mother, Sarah Oxendine of Rowland, her precious grandchildren, Kylee Oxendine, Reanna Hunt, Kasey Hunt, Keanna Hunt, Jaelon Locklear, Traelon Locklear, Randon Locklear, and Zoey Oxendine, her sisters, Demetrice Atkisson (Ronnie), Patricia Chavis (Lynnwood), her brothers, Glenn Dale Oxendine (Linda), Robbie Dale Oxendine (Kathy), and Anthony Oxendine, and seven nieces and six nephews.
