Mr. Johnny Ray Haggins, 67, of Rowland, North Carolina was born September 5, 1957, to the late Mr. Jesse James Haggins and Mrs. Josephine Ivey Haggins.

Mr. Johnny departed this life on July 17, 2025, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Haggins of 39 years; two brothers: Mr. Bobby Ray Haggins and Mr. Earnie Ray Haggins; three sisters: Ms. Pearline Haggins, Ms. Judy Oxendine, and Ms. Betty Oxendine; two brothers-in-law: Mr. Ronald Locklear and Bradley Oxendine; two grandchildren: Jose Lazaro Haggins and Johnny Lazaro Haggins. He is survived by daughters: Gloria Rebecca Jones, Carol Haggins Leyva (Jimmy), Crystal Haggins, Suzette Haggins, Johnnie Haggins, Joyce Haggins (Ronnie); three sons: Johnny Ray Helms, Nakcomaa Helms, and Devin Dial; one sister: Gerlene Locklear, two brothers: Danny Ray Haggins (Regina), and Randy Haggins.

He has five granddaughters: Elanda Leyva, Shyanna Lazaro, Kaylie Helm, Kensligh Helms, and Kaliah Mason; four grandsons: Alen Leyva, Grady Leyva, Sofonias Leyva, and Johnny Haggins. He also leaves behind his fiance Stefanie Locklear, and a number of family and friends, and his good buddies: Jimmy and Clayton, and two special children: Lucas and Holden.
