Mr. Johnnie Lowery Jr., 77 of 270 Baltimore Street, Pembroke, NC was born August 10, 1948, an departed this life on Friday March 20, 2026, at home. He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Steve F. Locklear and Mrs. Addis Locklear; one daughter Ms. Lita Wilcox; one brother Mr. Steve B. Locklear; two sisters Mrs. Judy Bullard and Mrs. Dianna Tyler.

Mr. Johnnie leaves to cherish his memories of 36 years with wife Evelyn Lowery, one daughter Victoria Lowery of the home; two sons Brandon Bullard of the home and Reco Bullard (Tonya) of St. Pauls; two grandchildren Aiyana Bullard and Natalia Bullard; two brothers Mr. Rudy Locklear (Tammy) of Pembroke, Mr. Donald Lowery (Brenda) of Red Springs; a special brother-in-law James Bullard (Rennert) and a host of family and friends.
