Jennie Locklear Obituary
Ms. Jennie Bell Locklear, 81, of 257 Farrens Drive passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 21, 1943, to the late Magaret H. Hunt and the late McNeil Hunt.
Ms. Locklear was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt. She loved the Lord as well as her family. Ms. Locklear was the sweetest, kindest, and most Godly woman you could meet. The family would like to thank her caregiver, Cassandra Steen, her nurse, Courtney Locklear, and her nurse assistants, Michelle Knight and Courtney Wainright.
She is survived by her brother: L.J. (Janice) Hunt of Pembroke, her sister: Ruby (Larry) Barton of Pembroke, her nieces: Carol (Randall) Cummings, Cassandra (Hugh) Steen, Petrece (Bernard) Bullard, Rubalena (Cedric) Locklear, Cecelia (Jamie) Oxendine, Jada (Patrick) McCartney; her nephew Marcus Hunt, a special great niece, Penelopi Steen, and a host of family and friends.
