Mr. Jeffry Locklear, 66, was born October 13, 1957, to Clyde and Alice Locklear of Lumberton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Clyde Locklear; two sisters, Zenobia Fisher and Lola Smith both of Virginia; and one brother, Benny Ray Jacobs of Lumberton, NC.
He is survived by one child, Nicholas Demery; a special friend, Melissa Locklear; two special cousins, Audrey Jacobs and Linda James; and a host of relatives and friends.
Jeff, to me you were a Dove that could change to an Eagle in a breath. Your laughter will forever ring in my ears. You will forever be my brother.
