Jannie Anderson

Mrs. Jannie B. Anderson, 69, was born on July 4, 1951 to Mrs. Annie Mae Berry. Mrs. Jannie peacefully went to her heavenly home surrounded by loved ones on April 9, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Mrs. Annie Mae Berry as well as her adopted parents Mr. Haywood and Maggie Locklear; one grandson, Reggie Brayboy; and her soulmate of 47 years, Mr. Jimmy R. Anderson.

She leaves to cherish her memories three beloved daughters, Julie Anderson of the home, Teresa Stephens of Pembroke NC, and Tammy Brayboy of Rockingham NC; also of the home two grandsons she raised as her own Christian Ray Stephens and Nathan Stephens; three brothers, Jimmy Locklear of Pembroke NC, Will Berry and Vernon Locklear of Pembroke NC; two special sisters, Ms. Ethel Scott of Maxton NC and Rachel Oxendine of Fairmont NC; four adopted sisters, Vanessa Locklear of Pembroke NC, Mrs. Thelma Evans, Helen Clark, and Clarkie Locklear all of Pembroke NC; In all she was greatly loved by eleven grandchildren whom she adored and three great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends; one special friend Mrs. Betty Clark.
