James Austin O'Brian Milligan, 27 of 523 Tracy Sampson Road, Pembroke, NC went to his heavenly home on January 30 2026. James Austin was born in Lumberton NC, on April 24, 1998. He was the beloved son of April Chavis and James Milligan. He attended the Public Schools of Robeson County. James previously worked as a delivery driver with UPS. He had a very outgoing personality and would always make sure to put a smile on your face. James enjoyed many activities but most of all he loved to ride his Harley. He was a devoted father who dedicated his life to providing love, guidance and support to his beloved daughters. James shared a beautiful bond with his wife who he loved wholeheartedly.

James Austin was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Lisa Chavis and Marie Dial Locklear, and great grandmother, Anne “Pumpkin” Rogers, great grandfather, Henry Cecil Butler.

He is survived by his wife, Taylor D. Milligan, two daughters, Taylen D. Milligan and Jaslyn A. Milligan, his parents, James Milligan and April Chavis, two brothers, Triston Milligan and Dustin Milligan, a sister, Aaliyah Milligan, grandparents, Jimmy Milligan, JR Butler and Lora Butler, great grandparents, Margie and James Lambert and a host of other family and friends.
