James Lowery Jr., of Lumberton, NC, departed this life on June 13th, 2022.
James Lowery Jr. peacefully departed this life at his home surrounded by his loving family. James Lowery Jr. is survived by his wife, Kessie J. Lowery, four daughters, Sandra Lowery, Cheryl Locklear, Jennie Brooks, Ann Windom, one son, Tony Lowery. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild all of Lumberton, North Carolina.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James, and Cattie Mae Dial-Lowery, four brothers, Melton Lowery, Marvin Lowery, Gordon Lowery, D.W. Lowery, two sisters, Kathleen Taylor, and Mittie Jane Jones along with Ambus Lowery, and three surviving stepbrothers, Marshall Lowery, Jerry Lowery, Delton Lowery all of Lumberton, North Carolina.
James Lowery Jr. retired from textile manufacturing and farming. He was a lifelong member and Deacon to New Point Baptist Church. James remained dedicated ti being a hard-working man and provider for his family.
