Ms. Jacqueline E. Locklear, 68, of Lumberton, NC was born June 29, 1956 to the late Ertle B. and Doshie Emanuel.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Locklear, great granddaughter, Megan McMillan, and son-in-law, Ricky D. Jones.
Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Chasidy Jones (caregiver) of Lumberton, Christy Blodgette (Jamie) of Shannon, Cheyenne Locklear of the home, three grandchildren, Santanna Blodgette, Kaitlin Blodgette, and Makayla Jones, six great-grandchildren, Chandler Hardin, Zayn Lowery, Cayson Blodgette, Silas Locklear, Rylee Locklear and Baby Jones on the way, two sisters, Audrey (Dean) of Pembroke, Cindy (Lee) of Maxton and a host of family and friends.
