Jack Strickland Jr, "Pop", of Rowland NC, departed this life on May 23, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his son, Todd D. Strickland; his wife, Jan Lanette Strickland; his daughters, Shawna Jones and Brandie Strickland and his mother, Lucille Strickland.
Jack leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Jack Strickland Sr; his son, Brandon Jr Strickland; his daughter, Tasha Lowry; a son-in-law, George Lowry; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brother, Shelton Strickland (Annie Ruth); his sisters, Sarah Sweat and Margie Locklear (Fred); two special friends, Ms. Darlene Barnes and Ms. Ala Sue Locklear and a host of family and friends.
Jack worked in sheetrock and he loved mechanic work. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and a special nephew, Nicholas Strickland.
