Hezachi Dewayne Oxendine was born on August 22, 2006 in Lumberton, NC to his mother, Nicole Locklear and his father, Eric Dewayne Oxendine.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Pete Hunt and Frank Locklear; his grandmother, Docia Jacobs; his aunt, Tonya Locklear; and his cousin, Cedric Locklear.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mothers, Nicole Locklear and Stephanie Locklear; his father, Eric Oxendine; his brothers, Malachi Jones and James E. Lowery; his sisters, Nacyra Jones and Tiffany Lowery; his grandmothers, Denise Mercer, Geanette Locklear and Annie N. Locklear; his grandfathers, William Mercer and Larry Barton; his great grandmother, Lessie Mae Ledwell; his uncles, Kevin Locklear, Carey Locklear, Joshua Oxendine, and Marcus Blanks; his aunts, Latoria Hunt and Anita Locklear; one niece, Eliyana Jones; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
