Hattie Ransom Obituary
Ms. Hattie Florence Ransom, 71, of South Robeson Rd, Rowland passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and friends on September 23, 2020. Ms. Hattie was born in Robeson County on September 23, 1949 to the late Fletcher and Betsy Brewer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Erdman Ransom Jr.
Ms. Hattie loved the Lord and was a member of Purvis Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Scott Ransom (Angela) and her daughter, Kimberly Jacobs. She also leaves to cherish her memories two granddaughters, Gabrielle Jacobs and Kiya Ransom; two sisters, Daisy M. Locklear and Sarah R. Taylor; one brother, Julius Locklear (Macy0; several nieces and nephews; two special friends, Faye Lowery and Teresa Blue; and a host of relatives and friends.
