Mr. Harvey Locklear Jr., 74, of 1112 Oakgrove Church Rd. (Riley Circle) was born on September 6, 1946 and departed this life on September 25 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey E. Locklear Jr. and Mary C. Locklear; his brothers, Bobby Locklear, Terry Locklear and Lenwood Locklear; his sisters, Linda Goins and Patricia Locklear.
He leaves behind his devoted and loving wife of 47 years, Jan Locklear. He also leaves behind his sons, Shorty Locklear, Reco Locklear, Terry Locklear; his daughter, Victoria Bullard (Thomas); sisters, Iris Dale L. Oxendine, Helen Chavis (Andy), Angie Hundley, Tina Locklear (Donnie); brothers, Rev. Jerry Locklear (Diana),Bishop Kenneth Locklear (Linda), Rev. Harry Locklear (Candy); grandchildren, Nikki Bullard, Austin Bullard, Reco Locklear and Cheyenne Locklear; and a host of relatives and friends.
