Harmony Natasha Lowery of Lumberton, NC was born on August 27, 1994. She departed this earthly life at her home on April 21, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Violet S. Jacobs, her paternal grandfather, Joseph Lowery, and one nephew, Cain Lowery.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her four children, Skylur Davis, Chavan Locklear, Halaira Violet Locklear and Hailie Daisy Lowery, her husband, Cameron Locklear, her mother, Jacqueline (aka Denise) Lowery, her daddy, Russell Wilcox, father, Ronald Lowery, four sisters, Traci Lowery, Amber Lowery, Debra Lowery, Shannondoah Lowery, and two brothers, Michael Allen, and Russell Wilcox, Jr, four nieces and six nephews, a host of family and friends, and one special cousin, KJ Hite, and one only best friend, Brittany Hunt.

Harmony had a big heart full of love. She worked as a personal care aide as she enjoyed taking care of people. Every time you seen her she had a smile on her face. Harmony loved big and we loved her.
